How I Leveled My First Rogue in 6 Days 23 hours – Using a Secret Rogue Leveling Guide!

Hey guys, Andy here.

Today I’m going to do something kind of special!

My mailbox is stuffed with e-mails asking me, even begging me to lay it out strait, just exactly how I leveled my first rouge and finally became as good as I am now. So if you are grinding and grinding, struggling to find answers to your Rogue Leveling questions then you’ve come to the right place!

Ok then, here we go…

I do know what you are going through; I was once where you probably are now.  I started playing this fantastic and additive game WoW,  but I knew nothing of rogues, nothing really of many parts of the game. I searched the internet for answers to such basic questions as what spec should I use? What rotation do I use?

I did find a few tips on a couple of sites, but really I needed more then the few basic tips found on the internet.

So I ventured into the World of Warcraft forms.  That was a mistake!

It’s a place to showoff how much more you know then someone else. They jumped on me for asking to simple a question. I almost just gave up but then….

I GOT THE ANSWER I WAS SEARCHING FOR!

I came across Super Fast WoW Guide! He offers a 3 month money back guarantee, so I thought how can I lose? I purchased the guide and it literally took me from being an amateur to an expert I am today. Everything you need to know is in their guide, and if I can do, you can too.

I had one minor problem with the installation, part of the instructions confused me, but when I called up the tech support people they walked me right through it no problem. Ten minutes later I was good to go.

I just love this thing, it not only made me a good player, it helped me to level super fast. Click here to learn more about the best leveling guide, you won’t regret it!

Combat Rogue Leveling Guide – the Easy Way

By far, the fastest way to leveling a rogue is by using a combat talent build. Now the question is, what rotations should you use?  Which rotations will help you to level as fast as possible using the combat talent build?  Please remember I am just giving you some ideas based on my experience. I’m pretty good and will help you as much as I can, but really you should think about getting a good rogue leveling guide to help you past what I can do.

As a combat rogue, your primary attack will be Sinister Strike. Here is a sample rotation:

Garrote/Cheap Shot/Sinister Strike > Slice and Dice > Sinister Strike (until low health) > Eviscerate/Rupture/Kidney Shot

Targets

Sample Attack Routines

1

Sinister Strike, SnD, SSx5, Evis

2

Garrote mob #1, SnD, switch to mob #2, BF, SSx5, Evis

3

Garrote mob #1, SnD, switch to mob #2, AR, BF, Evasion, SSx5, Evis, SnD, SSx5, Evis

4

Sap mob #1, wait for energy regen, Garrote mob #2, SnD, switch to mob #3, AR, BF, Evasion, SSx5, Evis, SnD, SSx5, Evis, repeat until all unsapped mobs are dead, kill the Sapped mob

5

Sap mob #1, wait for energy regen, Garrote mob #2, SnD, switch to mob #3, AR, BF, Evasion, SSx5, Evis, repeat until only 1 unsapped mob remains, Blind the unsapped mob, bandage, kill the Blinded mob, kill the Sapped mob

6+

Sap mob #1, wait for energy regen, Garrote mob #2, SnD, switch to mob #3, AR, BF, Evasion, SSx5, Evis, SnD, SSx5, Evis, finish off any mob about to die, Sprint, CloS, Vanish, eat/bandage, return and mop up the rest
Abbreviations: SnD: Slice and Dice, SS: Sinister Strike, Evis: Eviscerate, BF: Blade Flurry, AR: Adrenaline Rush, CloS: Cloak of Shadows

So that is how to attack your enemies, now let’s see how we can be better prepared for them. Let’s look at poisons.

It’s best to use dual Instant Poisons when you are starting.  After you claw your way up to level 32, then I advise you to use dual Wound Poisons. This will give your bleed attacks a real boost in efficiency.  Now you have some choices, assuming you have improved poisons, you can always stay with the dual Instant Poisons or if you so chose, you can go with a Crippling Poison If you have problems with mobs running off, this works wonders.

Using the above tips, you are sure to be on your way to success as a combat rogue.  Feel free to refer to this post as often as you need to because I am sure it will be very helpful to your leveling ventures.

Rogue Leveling Guide – leveling spec

When leveling in the game, the thing you will probably want to know is: “How do I choose the best rogue leveling spec, or what is the best one for my particular character”?  The smart thing to do is use the help provided by a good rogue leveling guide. Ok let me mentally get into rogue mode and see if I can answer that question.

The spec that I generally choose when leveling a rogue is mostly a combat build. Take a look at the level-by-level build I have below:

Level 80 Sword/Axe Spec

Level 80 Mace Spec

I always get asked the question, why didn’t you include the daggers or even the first-weapon builds? Trust me; there is some good reason for this. For one thing, when you are leveling I suggest that you don’t use a dagger because daggers have positioning issues at lower levels, and that could be a problem.  However, if you feel the need to use daggers, I would just wait until you have reached say level 50.  Now as for first weapons, it just is very hard to locate these weapons on the lower levels, why make it hard on yourself? I say just forget about them until you reach a higher level.

OK so let’s review, you want to use a combat spec as far as specialization. And the rogue leveling guide talents that you use will depend very much on the exact type of weapon you are using.  Choosing one of the above builds will ensure that you level very fast.
